Approach

I work in an integrative way that allows me to tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals. This means that I draw on different theories and techniques, including elements of positive psychology, mindfulness, ACC (Acceptance and Commitment Coaching), CBC (Cognitive Behavioral Coaching), and SFC (Solution-Focused Coaching).

Throughout, my approach is rooted in openness, trust, warmth, and humour.

Guiding you up your mountain

Imagine you are climbing a mountain and I’m climbing a similar mountain across the valley. I don’t know what it’s like to climb your mountain so I can’t give you a specific map that will get you to the top. What I can do, is watch out for you and point out obstacles and opportunities that you might not be able to see.

The backpack you carry on our journey can also help or hinder you. During the coaching process, we will take a look at your backpack to see what things are weighing you down, what resources you already have (but might not be using), and what skills or tools you can add to help you move forward.
