So this blog post aims to simplify things by briefly explaining: what stress is, some common sources of stress and the four different ways you can manage stress (4 A’s: avoid, alter, adapt and accept). Finally, I share a simple system for knowing which of the 4 A’s to apply to a specific stressful situation.
